At HAPP Brand, we want you to love your diaper bag as much as we loved designing it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and securely package your HAPP bag in its original dust bag and box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
